Q01.What is the eligibility for seeking admissions for engineering?
Ans: The candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with at least 45% marks in a group(Phy+Chem+Maths) clearing all group subjects in a single sitting and English as one of the languages.

Ans: Admission will be done strictly on the basis of merit as per the directives issued by Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai from time to time. However some seats may br reserved to be filled by the management.

Ans: Yes, you can. You can apply for change of branch in the beginning of second year provided you have cleared all your first year subjects. The change of branch will be permitted based on your merit at first year level and the availability of seats in the branch opted for.

Q04.Can I seek admission directly at the second year level after diploma ?
Ans: Yes. Few seats are available for Diploma holders for internal admission directly at second year level. You should have passed diploma in the appropriate branch in first class for seeking direct admission.

Ans: Lateral admission is done strictly on the basis of merit and in a centralized manner throughout the state.

Q06.Can I change my branch of study afterwards in case of lateral admission?
Ans: No, for lateral admission no change is possible in the branch of studies at a later stage.

Q07. Is there any cut off mark of attendance for granting the term?
Ans: Yes, as per the norms of the university, minimum 75% attendance is a must in each head of theory / practical for granting the term.
